Frankie Dettori Race Night: Horse Racing Family Fun app for iPhone and iPad

Welcome to Frankie Dettori’s Race Night app.
Bringing the thrills of the race track direct to your device for the first time!

Frankie Dettori takes the reins and plays host to this family race night game. The game includes 50 classic races from around the world, each with 8 runners and riders. Players must study the form, the horses and the odds before deciding which horse to back to try and win virtual currency. If you need some help then listen to Frankie’s track side tip!

Each player is given £500 to play with and must successfully increase their pot by picking the right horse. Players can choose from Win, Each Way and Place bets. Once your bets are placed then sit back and enjoy the races, which include commentary from the legendary commentator Derek ‘Tommo’ Thompson.

You can play against your friends via Game Centre or Bluetooth to see who knows a horse from a donkey.

**FAMILY FUN**
Race nights are a classic family fun format - but never before has Frankie Dettori hosted a race night from your mobile or tablet! Just like the Grand National, Kentucky Derby or even Ascot you can study the form with your friends or family and choose together who to bet on. Whether you just fancy a horse because of its name, whether you read the form and have your own scientific method for predicting a winner or even whether you trust Frankies own trackside tip you can play in 1 or 2 player mode to see who comes up on top.

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer more than 2 players at once to be able to bet but a single player can place more than 1 bet per race so the app will calculate the winner if you make a note of your horses (NOTE: if youd like a printable Frankie Dettori Race Night betting slip emailed to you just contact [email protected] to request one and you can replicate the fun of the racetrack manually in your home with the app doing all the math work for you!).

VIDEO CONTENT
This app features real horse race video footage and as such only 5 of the races are included in the initial download (a much larger selection are available as free downloads but we highly recommend connecting on wifi to avoid additional costs). The race videos range between 10mb and 25mb each so there is a slight delay while the content is downloaded before each race starts (time is dependent on your internet connection). Once downloaded you do not need to wait again if you wish to re-watch the race.
